What Identification is required for notarization?

Each signer must present at least one of the forms of current ID listed below.

Acceptable forms of identification

U.S. Military Identification Card

Foreign Passport that has been stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service

Inmate ID issued by the state of California Department of Corrections

bullet Driver's License without a photo
bullet Student Identification Cards
bullet Credit Cards with or without photo
